1.Sign-in and System Access

Main Program screens and workflow

1.1.  First ANGL Guard Application screen

Press the “sign up”   button to display the system sign-on screen:

1.2. System sign-on screen

– If signing on via email

o Enter user information

  • Email
  • Password
  • Confirm password

– If signing on with a social media login

o Select your preferred program user account for connection

  • Facebook
  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • WeChat

– Press the “continue”   button for the system to validate the data.

o You will no longer need to use your email in the system.

o Your password must contain at a mix of least 8 upper-case and lower-case English letters and a number.

o Your password must be identical to the “confirm password” entry.

– If correct, the system will send a 6-digit user verification code to the primary email specified and display a screen for it to be entered.

– If incorrect, the user will be notified with a message.

1.3. User ID verification screen (email)

– Enter email (only in the event of sign-on through WeChat).

– Enter the personal verification code.

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to verify that it is the one sent to you by email.

– If correct, the system will display a screen for entering personal information (first part).

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– If you want the system to send you a new verification code by email, press the “Send Code”   button.

– If you want to go back and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”   button.

 

1.4. Personal information screen (first part)

– Enter user information

o User picture (this can be chosen from the gallery or a picture taken on your phone)

o Name

o Middle name (Optional)

o Surname

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data.

– Verify required fields.

– If correct, the system will display a screen for entering personal information (second part).

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

o To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”   button.

1.5. Personal information screen (second part)

– Enter user information

o Gender

o Birthdate

o Height

o Weight

o Telephone number

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data

o Verify required fields

– If correct, a screen will be displayed for entering the telephone number used within Thailand

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”  button.

 

1.6. Thai telephone number screen

– Enter telephone number used in Thailand

– Press the “Send Code”   button. A six-digit code will be sent to you via SMS. A six-digit code will be sent to you via SMS.

– Enter the 6-digit verification code

– Press the “Verify Code”   button. The system will verify that the code entered is the same as was sent by SMS. If correct, a passport information entry screen will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”   button

– To save information at a later time press the “Skip”   button. The Passport information screen is displayed.

1.7. Passport information screen

– Enter passport information

o passport picture (can be selected from the gallery or taken with a camera phone)

o Passport number

o Country

o Passport expiration date

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data.

o Verify required fields.

– If correct, a screen will be displayed for entering medical information.

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”   button.

1.8. Medical information screens

  

              

             

– Enter medical information.

o Blood type

o Drug allergies (optional)

o Food allergies (optional)

o Chemical allergies (optional)

o Underlying diseases & conditions (optional)

o Current medications & herbs (optional)

o Special care requirements (optional)

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data.

o Verify required fields.

– If correct, a screen will be displayed for entering travel information.

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”  button.

 

1.9. Travel information screen

– Enter travel information

o Country of departure

o Purpose of travel

o Arrival date

o Number of days

o Estimated daily expense (optional)

o Travel arrangements (optional)

o Domestic Transportation (optional)

o Final destination (optional)

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data

o Verify required fields

– If correct, a screen will be displayed for entering emergency contacts.

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”  button.

1.10. Emergency contact information screen

– Enter emergency contact information.

o Name

o Surname

o Contact phone

o Relationship to user (optional)

o Email (optional)

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data

o Verify required fields

– If correct, a travel insurance information entry screen will be displayed.

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”  button.

1.11. Travel insurance information questionnaire screen

– Press the “Yes”  button, and a travel insurance data entry screen will be displayed.

– Press the “No”  button, and a screen will be displayed offering choices of plans available through Viriyah Insurance.

– Enter Travel insurance information

o Insurance policy number

o Policy expiration date

o Insurance company

o Insurance company contact

o Insurance company Telephone number

– Press the “Next”   button for the system to validate the data

o Verify required fields

– If correct, an AsiaPay System service payment screen will be displayed

– If incorrect, a user notification will be displayed.

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”  button.

1.13. Insurance plan selection screen

– Select an insurance plan. A Viriyah Insurance purchasing screen will be displayed

– To return and correct information on the previous page, press the “Back”   button.

– Verify insurer information

– Press the “Next”   button to display policy details and coverage date.

– Press the “Submit”   button to complete a summary of costs and services.

– Press the “Previous”   button to go back and verify insurer information.

– Press the “Confirm”   button. The AsiaPay service payment screen will open.

– Press the “Cancel”   button to return to the policy details and coverage date screen.

 

1.15. AsiaPay Service payment screen

      

– Select “payment type” (VISA, MASTER, JCB). A payment detail screen will open.

– Enter payment details (Credit card information)

– To verify payment information, press the “Submit”   button. If it is correct, payment details will be displayed once more.

– To return to the payment type selection screen press the “Cancel”   button.

– Press the “confirm” button for payment processing.

– On completion of payment, payment details will be displayed and an email summarizing payment sent to the email address you have provided.

– Press the “Continue”   button

o For payment through the Viriyah Insurance, the policy number will be displayed on a Viriyah Insurance system screen.

o If you are paying only for Angl Guard service, the Angl Guard access screen will be displayed.

– Your insurance policy number will show on the screen for 5 seconds, followed by the Angl Guard application access screen.

– Press the “Done”  button to enter the main Angl Guard application screen.

2. Accessing the System

2.1. First ANGL Guard access screen 

– Press the “Sign In”   button to enter the main ANGL Guard Application screen.

2.2. System access screen

– If you sign into the system through email:

o Enter your user name or email and password.

– Press the “Login”   button to enter the system.

– If you enter the system using a social media login:

o Select the connecting program with the account you wish to use:

 Facebook

 Google

 Microsoft

 WeChat

– Once you have successfully logged in, the program will display the main Angl Guard application screen.

3.1. Screen for obtaining new password by Email

–  Select “Forgot Password” from the screen

– Enter User email.

– Press the “Send”  button for the system to validate the data.

– If you have entered your email incorrectly, a user notification will be displayed.

– If you have entered your email correctly, a new password will be sent to the email address you have provided.

4.1. Main application screen

  1. Selectthe icon, and a side menu will be displayed.
  2. Selectthe icon, and the screen will display a list of first aid topics.
  3. To make an emergency notification, press the “Help”button.
  4. A list of hospitals in theBDMS network will be displayed, ordered beginning with the nearest one.
  5. Select theicon to display a QR Code that opens a URL containing the user’s medical information.
  6. Emergency map with location coordinates of the user, BDMS-affiliated hospitals, and ambulances.
  7. To show your own location coordinates, select theicon.

  3. Select theicon to display sub-menus for various user information:

– Personal

4.Select the  icon to display a list of the user’s family group.

5.Group membership management
Program screens and workflow

5.1. Family member list screen

– Select the Group menu   icon from the side menu

– A list of all family group members will be displayed

– Press the “+” button if you want to add a member to the family group, and a search screen will be displayed for adding group members

– To remove a member from the group, press down on the member’s name, and a screen will appear for confirming the deletion.

5.2. Search screen for adding members to the group

– Specify the name of the user you are searching for (specify full system name).

– Press the “Search”   button

– When user information is found, details of the user searched for will be displayed.

o Profile picture

o Name

o Email

– The system will display a notification if user data is not found.

– Select from the list of members who have been found

– If a selected member already has a family group, the user will be notified of this.

– If the selected member does not yet have a family group, that person will be added into your family group and member’s name displayed in the list of family members.

6.First Aid Information

6.1. The main application screen will display a list of first aid topics.

– From the main Application screen, select the  icon. A list of first aid topics will be displayed.

– Specify the first aid topic you wish to search for.

– Press the “search”  button to display list of first aid topics with content specific to what you’re searching for.

– Select the first aid topic about which you want to see details.

7. Requesting help through the BES Alarm Center

7.1. BES Alarm System help request and picture detail entry screen

– From the main Application screen, select the   icon. A screen will be displayed for entering a detailed message and pictures you wish to send to the BES system.

–  Enter emergency information.

o Up to 4 photos (choose from the gallery or take with a phone).

o A message

– Slide the button to the left for a Group Alert:

– The screen will display a list for confirmation of family users to whom the notification will be sent:

– Press the “Confirm”  button to confirm notification.

– Notifications will be sent to all family members.

 

8.BES Alarm Center Emergency Notification Service

Program screens and workflow

8.1. Message and picture detail entry screen for BES Alarm System emergency notification

– From the main Application screen, select the   icon. A screen will be displayed for entering a detailed message and pictures you wish to send to the BES system.

–  Enter emergency information:

o Up to 4 photos (choose from the gallery or take with a phone).

o A message

– Slide the button to the right to “Emergency.”

– A screen will be displayed for confirming the emergency to the BES system.

– The user may call BDMS Alarm Center directly by phone (1724). Slide the “telephone” picture button to the right.

– Press the “Confirm”   button. A screen will be displayed for confirmation of the emergency to the BES system, and the system will display names of family group members from which the user can select persons to be notified.

– Select names of members you wish to notify. A screen will be displayed requesting one more confirmation. Once confirmed, the system sends the emergency information to the BES system, and BES may send an ambulance for pickup, in which case location coordinates of the ambulance will be displayed in real time on the home screen.

– Press the “Cancel”   button to cancel the emergency notification.

 

9.DisplayingiHealth Profile Information with QR Code

9.1. QR Code display screen

– From the main Application screen, select the  icon. The QR picture Code screen will be displayed for the program to read your QR Code and display your personal information as a URL.

9.2. User personal information screen (web application)

– Displays details under these topics:

o Personal information

o Passport information

o Travel information

o Emergency contact information

o Travel insurance information

o Health information (Allergies / Current treatment / Other special assistance)
